How it works:
1. Schedule a virtual or in-person visit for a comprehensive evaluation
2. An individualized program will be designed for you (this is NOT a pre-designed one-size-fits-all!)
3. All supplies you will need are sent directly to you (weights, bands, balls, tape, etc)
4. Videos of your program and virtual instruction by your therapist will follow (editado)
