Perfect Squat Form

Perfect Squat Form

Lets talk squatting form. Few exercise moves are done more incorrectly than a basic squat.

Failure to have good form in your squat can lead to a multitude of problems, namely back pain and knee pain. It will also be less effective at strengthening your glutes and legs if done incorrectly. Why let all that hard work go to waste?

Babies inherently know how to squat perfectly when they start to stand and move.

So here, in perfect form, I present my 11 month old son Milo to demonstrate.

1. His butt far back
2. As he rises the knees stay behind the toes
3. The push is through the heels and with the glutes
4. His spine is straight
And that is how to achieve perfect form with your squat!
